Luis Ramirez is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with experience in property management, leasing, and residential investment operations throughout the New York metropolitan area. He currently oversees a large portfolio of residential buildings and works closely with owners and contractors on day-to-day operations and improvement planning. At Eastside Property Ventures, he helps property owners evaluate practical options for selling homes in a clear and efficient way.

Our Story
At Eastside Property Ventures, our work is personal. Before starting this company, we experienced firsthand how difficult and uncertain the process of selling a home can be. We founded this company to offer the kind of guidance and support we once needed ourselves.
